However, there are disadvantages such as process trouble, high cost, and long joint operation time. 2. Joint of layered PVC conveyor belt You can use mechanical joints, cold bonded joints, hot vulcanized joints and other joint methods as needed. Generally, cold-bonded joints and hot vulcanized joints adopt stepped structure joints. 3. Joints of PVC and PVG whole core flame retardant conveyor belts Due to the special structure of the whole core belt, the joint is not easy, so most adopt the mechanical joint method, that is, the belt buckle joint. However, in order to ensure the effect of the joints, the belts of grade 8 and above generally adopt the method of hot vulcanization joints. The structure of the joints are finger joints.
