(3) Thickness: Knowing the selection, we need to tell us the thickness of the conveyor belt and the diameter of the roller. The coil material produced by each manufacturer has its own actual thickness. Choose the most suitable thickness when the diameter of the drum is suitable for operation.
(4) Pattern: There are many kinds of patterns on the conveyor, so when choosing pattern belts, be sure to check with the manufacturer's pictures, so that you can purchase accurate patterns, especially when you don't know the professional name.
(5) Color: Each industry has a specific color. For example, the food industry is mostly white, and the logistics industry is mostly green and black.
2. Processing requirements
Skirts: There are many kinds of skirt heights, from 10 mm to 100 mm can be processed, the distance from the skirt to the belt edge also needs to be told to the manufacturer.
Baffle: The height, length and spacing of the baffle are important parameters for the baffle.
Guide bar: There are many sizes of guide bars, 6*4, 8*5, 10*6, 13*8, 17*11, etc. The size of the guide bar needs to be determined according to the size of the wheel slot.
