(1) According to the appearance and shape of the conveyor belt
1. Flat tape: suitable for conveying lines with an inclination angle of less than 17°.
2. Patterned belt: suitable for conveying lines with an inclination angle greater than 17° and less than 27°.
3. Retaining partition belt: suitable for conveying conveyor lines with an inclination angle greater than 27° and less than 90°.
4. Lifting belt: a conveyor line suitable for vertical transportation.
5. Tubular belt: suitable for conveyor lines with complex terrain and non-linear transportation. Green diamond pattern 5.0pvc main picture set.jpg
(2) According to the skeleton of the conveyor belt
1. Fabric core conveyor belt: the frame is divided into a multi-layer fabric core and a whole fabric core conveyor belt, which is generally used for short-distance conveyor lines with a conveying distance of less than 1000m.
2. Steel cord conveyor belt: a conveyor belt with a steel cord skeleton, which is mostly used for longer conveyor lines with a conveying distance of more than 1000m.
3. Steel mesh core conveyor belt: a conveyor belt with a steel mesh core frame, which is mostly used for conveying lines where the material temperature is higher than 300°C.
(3) According to the performance of the conveyor belt
1. General purpose conveyor belt:
(1) General purpose: It is mostly used in the general working conditions of conveying powdery, granular, and massive neutral materials.
(2) Strong wear-resistant type: It is mostly used for the occasions where the conveying material has serious abrasion on the rubber surface of the conveyor belt.
(3) Anti-tear type: It is mostly used in the occasions where the conveying material scratches the rubber surface of the conveyor belt with serious working conditions, such as conveying iron ore. Green skirt baffle belt-copy.jpg
2. Special performance conveyor belt:
(1) Heat-resistant conveyor belt: It is mostly used in places where the temperature of conveying materials is between 100°C and 250°C.
(2) Burn-resistant conveyor belt: It is mostly used in places where the temperature of conveying materials is between 300°C and 600°C. It is mainly used in sintering or coking places in the iron and steel industry, but it is not suitable for use in the cement industry.
(3) Oil-resistant conveyor belt: It is mostly used in places where the conveying materials contain grease.
(4) Cold-resistant conveyor belt: It can be used and operated normally in an environment with a temperature of minus 40°C.
(5) Acid and alkali resistant conveyor belt: It is mostly used in places where the PH value of conveying materials is between 5 and 9.
(6) Food conveyor belt: It is oil-resistant, non-toxic and tasteless, and is mainly used in the food industry to transport food materials.
(7) Electrostatically conductive conveyor belt: mostly used in places where static electricity is prone to occur.
(8) General flame-retardant conveyor belt: It has general flame-retardant properties and is mostly used in places where coal is transported on the ground such as power plants, iron and steel, chemical industries, and coal washing plants.
(9) Flame-retardant conveyor belts in coal mines: Mainly used in places where high flame-retardant performance is required, such as flame-retardant belts with integral fabric cores and MT668 steel cord cores.
