The inspection content is:
1 Whether there are any abnormalities in the conveyor belt and joints.
2 Whether the conveyor belt is damaged by cutting, cracking, piercing and other reasons.
3 Whether there is interlayer peeling damage, especially at the joints.
4 Whether the core body has a broken part.
5 Whether the upper and lower cover rubber is worn out, especially the upper cover rubber, check whether the coal baffle is in contact with the surface of the conveyor belt.
6Whether the conveyor belt has half abrasion.
7 Whether there is wear on both sides of the conveyor belt.
2. Check the wear of the conveyor belt once a week, and the check point should be a certain distance away from the joint.
3. Check the operation status once a week, and the contents of the check are:
1Whether the conveyor belt and the bracket are worn out due to the deviation of the conveyor belt.
2 Whether the material has partial load phenomenon.
3 Whether the conveyor belt sag between the rollers is normal.
4Whether there is a phenomenon that the material on the conveyor belt overflows because the distance between the idlers is too large.
5Whether the conveyor belt is wrinkled and sagging.
6 Whether the conveyor belt is slipping on the driving roller.
4. Determine elongation
At the beginning of operation, check whether the tensioning device is effective every week. After a month, check once a month. Check twice a year after three months of operation. During the inspection, the distance between the standard lines set by the conveyor belt is measured by the tensioning device.
5. Perform visual inspection of the joint once a week
Check whether there are abnormal phenomena such as trauma, bumps, etc. When checking, put the joint part to a position with low tension to check.
6. Check the loading point once a week
Check whether the position of the buffer roller is correct, and whether the gap between the baffle plate and the conveyor belt is proper.
7. Check the cleaning device every two days
Check whether the scraper moves well, and whether the rollers and idlers are stuck with materials.
8. Check the rollers and idlers every two days
Observe whether the bearing is damaged, lack of oil, whether the movement is normal, and replace the worn idler in time
