Analyze the reason for the deviation of the timing belt
The first is the reason for the timing belt itself: the timing belt has been running for a long time, and the tension of the timing belt core is constantly weakened, which in turn causes the timing belt to age and the left and right tensions are inconsistent. In response to this situation, the timing belt can be replaced; if the tension of the inner and outer timing belts is inconsistent, the position of the inner and outer timing belts can be changed. When the deviation is not serious, the problem can be solved with the assistance of the guide wheel and the tension wheel retaining ring.
The second is the reason for the guide wheel or the tension wheel: when the timing belt runs off-track, the direction of the off-track run is high and where.
After the machine has been working for a long time, under the action of the tension of the timing belt, it should be said that the guide wheel and the tension wheel have been worn to different degrees, and even the deformation (inward deformation) of the guide wheel frame and the tension wheel frame has occurred. This wear and deformation are not easily observed with the naked eye. At this time, it can be solved by adding a gasket. The specific method is:
1. Tension wheel frame foot pad method. The gasket can be tinplate or galvanized tinplate, and the thickness is selected according to specific needs. When the timing belt runs out of direction, it means that the tension inside is too high. You can add spacers of the same thickness on both sides of the upper part.
2. Guide wheel frame foot pad method. You can use a socket wrench to loosen the anchor screws that fix the guide wheel frame, and add gaskets on both sides of the lower part. The thickness of the gasket is selected according to the needs of adjustment, but the thickness should be the same.
The above two methods have their own characteristics: The first method is more troublesome for debugging. On the one hand, the tension wheel is underneath and it is inconvenient to tighten the anchor screws. On the other hand, the tension wheel is equipped with a timing belt tensioning device, which is tensioned. Spring, the debugging effect is not very satisfactory.
Although the second method is convenient for debugging, its adjustment sensitivity is too high, that is, it responds very sensitively to the thickness of the gasket and requires repeated debugging. So I suggest a combination of the two methods to solve the problem, so the effect will be better.
