Receiving Needs
Received customer needs by meeting, email, or telephone. According to the customer’s requirements, our designer will make drawing according to customer needs, or the customer send the sample to us.

Send Quote
According to the solution of the first step, our team will send the drawing of the belts and the quotation to the customer to confirm, after receiving the confirmation from the customer, we will start to make the sample.

Production Samples
Our sample team will start to make samples according to the confirmed drawing. When the basic belts are finished, they will start the special processing as customers require, such as notching, grinding, or perforating. Some customers also require to make some elastic materials backed on belts, such as rubber, PU, sponge, foam and nylon, etc.

Send to Customer
Our sales team will check the sample’s quality, specification, material, etc., and then send it to the customer to confirm.
