The steel belt is made of precision galvanized steel wire rope with finer diameter and better fatigue performance as the skeleton material, and the outer layer is coated with polyurethane( 85 Shore A).
As the key skeleton material, the precision galvanized steel wire rope is the main bearing unitin the steel belt. The fatigue life of the steel wire rope directly determines the bending times of the steel belt, and the bonding force between the steel wire rope and the polyurethane also determines the mission life of the steel belt.
