To prevent the pulley from being installed in the string groove, the centers of the two upper pulleys must be aligned, otherwise it will cause the triangular tape to work on one side, which will cause serious wear and reduce the service life of the triangular tape.
Elasticity The elasticity of the imported triangle belt must be checked and adjusted frequently to make it meet the requirements. If the V-belt is too loose, it not only easily slips, but also increases the V-belt wear and even cannot transmit power; too tight, it will not only make the imported V-belt elongated and deformed and easy to damage, but also cause the clutch bearing of the engine main bearing to be too stressed. And accelerate the V-belt wear. The correct inspection method is: apply a vertical pressure of about 2 kg in the middle of each tape by hand, and the amount of sinking is (20--30) mm. If it is not suitable, it should be adjusted in time.
When the new or old Mo-Hang double or more than three triangle tapes need to be replaced, the specified type of triangle tape should be selected, and each group of triangle tapes should be of the same tightness, and it is not allowed to mix the new and old tapes or reduce the number of roots. Uneven, even the old V-belt does not work, affecting power transmission and shortening the life of the V-belt.
