When the roller is skewed, the tension of the conveyor belt on both sides of the roller is inconsistent, and the traction force Fq in the width direction is also inconsistent, which increases or decreases. This will cause the conveyor belt to add a moving force Fy in the decreasing direction. , Causing the conveyor belt to run away from the loose side, so-called 'run loose but not tight'. The adjustment method is as follows: For the head roller such as the conveyor belt deflecting to the right of the roller, the bearing seat on the right should move forward, and the PVC conveyor belt deflects to the left of the roller, then the bearing bearing on the left should be facing For forward movement, the left bearing housing or the right bearing housing can also be moved backward. The adjustment method of the tail roller is just the opposite of the head roller. After repeated adjustments until the conveyor belt is adjusted to a more ideal position. It is best to install its position accurately before adjusting the drive or changing the drum. The processing error of the outer surface of the drum, uneven material or uneven wear causes the diameter to be different, and the conveyor belt will deflect toward the side with the larger diameter. This is the so-called 'run big but not run small'. The traction force Fq of the PVC conveyor belt generates a moving component force Fy toward the larger diameter side. Under the action of the component force Fy, the conveyor belt shifts. For this situation, the solution is to clean the surface of the drum sticky materials, processing errors and uneven wear should be replaced to re-process the plastic coating.
