Raw rubber generally uses natural rubber and butadiene rubber in combination, with a rubber content of 50% to 55%. The vulcanization system should use low sulfur compound to improve the adhesion between the adhesive layer and the cloth layer. The accelerator uses M, DM, TMTD combination system. Carbon black is commonly used in combination with high wear resistance and semi-reinforced carbon black, and the amount should not be excessive, usually about 10 parts by mass. The fourth kind: raw rubber is mainly natural rubber, and 20-30 parts by mass of styrene-butadiene rubber is used, and the rubber content is about 50%. The vulcanization system is the same as the general sulfur and accelerator system. The accelerator is generally used in combination with M and DM, or a small amount of TMTD is added to speed up the vulcanization speed, but care should be taken to prevent scorching of the rubber compound. Carbon black should use semi-reinforcing carbon black or other soft carbon black, and the dosage is about 10 parts by mass. The rubbing compound mixed with styrene-butadiene rubber should increase the amount of Gumaron resin and petroleum resin, otherwise it will reduce the adhesion of the cloth layer.
