How to make the short fibers evenly dispersed in the rubber, and to solve the resulting phenomenon of high viscosity of the rubber compound, resulting in a drop in production efficiency, requires new breakthroughs in mixing methods and control methods. In addition, the fiber alignment of short-fiber rubber is another problem that cannot be ignored. Usually, the method of using calenders and extruders to orient the glue and take out the sheets, and take the sheets according to the flow direction is not the best policy.
