3 The timing pulley is not aligned:
If the synchronous pulley is not aligned, it will cause the synchronous belt to slip, twist and generate heat and wear inside, so the synchronous pulley must be aligned.
4 The length of the timing belt is not equal:
If the length of a row of belts is not equal, the tension of each timing belt will also be different, and some will produce slippage or too much tension, causing the timing belt to wear. Therefore, be sure to use the same type of timing belt when using it.
5 There is debris left on the timing belt:
If grease or other dirt is left on the timing belt, because the dirt contains chemical substances, it can enter the timing belt and destroy its material structure.
6 If the timing belt is placed for too long, it will cause the rubber to age and reduce its life.
7 If the environment of the application site contains dust, acid or alkali gas or other gases that will damage the timing belt, it will also shorten the service life of the timing belt.

The synchronous belt wheel has been used for too long, the wear of the groove edge is increased, and the angle is incorrect. The synchronous belt will hit the bottom of the groove. To drive the machine, it must increase the tension and cause the triangle belt to be damaged.
11 Vibration amplitude is too large:
If the timing belt twitches quickly due to machine vibrations, it will cause the timing belt to be severely sunburned, thereby reducing the service life.
