This week, Uliflex's colleague handling customer relations received a request from a new customer who learned about Uliflex at the 2025 PTC Shanghai exhibition. The customer's factory has multiple packaging production lines and wants to replace a new batch of industrial belts for transmission for this packaging production line. The required quantity is around 3000-4000. However, the customer has limited knowledge of industrial belt models and has consulted multiple similar industrial belt manufacturers in the market, but still has not found suitable products or reliable manufacturers. In the case of such ambiguous belt parameters, Uliflex engineers, with years of work experience in the industrial belt field, have provided the specific belt model as follows:
50AT10-4200+28 nylon cleats (width 50mm * height 20mm * thickness 5mm) + 28 stainless steel false teeth + 56 holes drilled PU white seamless belt, with a middle distance of 150mm between the cleats
50AT10-4200+28 white PU cleats (width 50mm * height 20mm * thickness 5mm) PU seamless white with hot melt cleats
Specific wheel diameters were also provided based on the belt model.
Uliflex engineers can immediately determine the tooth profile as AT10 based on customer information, and then calculate the length of the belt and the number of stops based on the spacing between the cleats. Due to the special processing required for the belt to accommodate false teeth, the width of the cleats must be at least 5mm to smoothly install the false teeth. If the width of the cleat is less than 5mm, it is impossible to perform this special processing on the cleat.
The final size of the cleat calculated based on experience is; Width 50mm * Height 20mm * Thickness 5mm.
