Timing belts equipped with profiles (also known as cleats) provide versatile design options for conveying, indexing, and positioning applications. These profiles are constructed from the same durable, wear-resistant polyurethane material as the timing belts themselves.
Most profiles are produced from PU using injection molding technology. Our extensive selection includes thousands of existing mold designs, and new variants are continuously developed. Upon request, we can manufacture custom profiles precisely to your specifications—even for small production runs. When needed, we also employ hand fabrication or 3D printing to meet unique design or delivery requirements.
