Product Description

1. Timing belts with profiles (also known as cleats) allow for innovative design solutions for dividing, stepping and positioning. They are made of the same abrasion resistant polyurethane as the timing belts.

2. Profiles are usually made of PU by injection molding. For our broad assortment of cams, we currently have several thousand different molds available, with additional variants being added continuously. Of course, we produce customized profiles according to your specifications upon request. We are also glad to produce individual small batches. If necessary, we resort to manufacturing by hand or 3D printing.

3. Profiles are available in many compounds and are applied in various ways,Our Applications Engineers can work with you to design any profile to meet your specific requirements.
