With new goals and aspirations in mind, all Uliflex employees have returned to work, embarking on the journey of striving for 2026. In the first week of work, Uliflex organized a safety production training for all employees. This is not only a routine task, but also our top priority in production. It is a crucial measure to ensure the smooth operation of production throughout the year and safeguard the life safety of every Uliflex employee.
The industrial belt manufacturing industry involves numerous heavy machinery and equipment, complex production processes, and various raw and auxiliary materials. Safe production has always been our uncrossable red line. Over the past year, Uliflex has achieved certain results in safety production, with no major safety accidents occurring throughout the year. This is attributed to the high attention and strict implementation by all Uliflex employees. We are keenly aware that safety production has only a starting point and no end. With the continuous updating of production technology, the continuous use of equipment, and the addition of new employees to the workforce, new safety risks may emerge at any time. At the beginning of the work, employees may not have fully adjusted from the relaxed state during the holidays, making it difficult for them to concentrate fully and easily compromising operational standardization, which undoubtedly poses greater challenges to safety production. Therefore, Uliflex conducts safety production training in the first week of work, which is highly targeted and necessary.
In this training, the production management team of Uliflex focused on the following core contents.
Firstly, it is the re-learning of safety production laws and regulations as well as company rules and regulations. The state's requirements for safety production are becoming increasingly stringent, and the company is constantly improving its relevant systems based on actual conditions. Through training, we make every employee clearly aware of their rights and obligations in safety production, understand which behaviors are absolutely prohibited and which operations must be strictly adhered to, and establish the concept of "safety first" deep in their minds.
Secondly, we have strengthened the training on safe operation procedures for various positions. Different positions pose different safety risks, so we organized key personnel from each department to provide detailed explanations and on-site demonstrations of the operation procedures and safety precautions for each position, based on practical cases. Whether it's the startup and shutdown of equipment or the handling and storage of raw and auxiliary materials, standardized operation is required at every step to prevent negligence. Additionally, we have arranged training on emergency rescue knowledge and skills. Accidents often occur in an instant, so having good emergency response capabilities can minimize accident losses and ensure the safety of employees. Through theoretical explanations and simulation drills, we have enabled everyone to master practical skills such as fire fighting, first aid for the injured, and emergency handling of equipment malfunctions.
After the training, each production department of Uliflex organized internal discussions, further sorting out safety risk points and improving safety prevention and control measures based on the actual situation of their respective departments. The company's safety management department will inspect the implementation of training in each department after the training is over, and issue rectification opinions on the spot to departments and individuals with poor training results and inadequate safety measures.
Safe production is the cornerstone of enterprise development and the guarantee for the safe work of Uliflex employees. All Uliflex employees will take the opportunity of this safety production training in the first week of work to further strengthen safety awareness, enhance safety skills, and implement the requirements of safe production into every aspect of their work. I believe that with the joint efforts of all Uliflex employees, we will be able to build a solid defense line for safe production and ensure the high-quality development of Uliflex in 2026!
