With the increasing popularity of industrial belts, there are more and more types of industrial belts, and the quality is gradually improved and perfected. Today we are talking about pattern conveyor belts. At present, the design technology of domestic pattern conveyor belts is becoming more and more sophisticated, which is also the driving force for continuous innovation in the field of mechanical conveyor belts.

The types of patterned conveyor belts are also complex and diverse. Among them, herringbone conveyor belts, striped patterned conveyor belts, granular patterned conveyor belts, and fan-shaped patterned conveyor belts are more commonly used. Of course, these types of patterned conveyor belts are also somewhat different. Introduce the characteristics and uses of these types of pattern conveyor belts:

1. The characteristics of the herringbone pattern conveyor belt: there is a 'herringbone' pattern on the belt surface higher than the belt body, the pattern can be open or closed, and each pattern can be divided into high, medium, and low. Three kinds. In terms of use, it is suitable for conveying powder, granular, and small materials with an inclination angle of ≤40 degrees, and also for conveying bagged materials.

2. Features of striped pattern conveyor belt: There are striped patterns on the belt surface that are higher than the belt body. The patterns are divided into three types: high, medium and low. Each pattern can be divided into sparse, dense and other forms according to the arrangement spacing. In terms of use, it is suitable for horizontal conveying packages with an inclination angle of ≤30 degrees. If it is grooved, it can replace the herringbone pattern.

3. The characteristics of granular and pitted pattern conveyor belts: there are granular patterns on the belt surface that are higher than the belt body or recessed into the belt body, and the pits can also be made into square holes or prismatic and cloth patterns. The convex grain pattern is suitable for the conveying of flexible packaging or materials requiring gripping force (such as cardboard boxes) or non-sliding conveying. The pit-shaped granular pattern is suitable for conveying granular materials with an inclination angle of ≤45 degrees.

4. The characteristic of the fan-shaped pattern conveyor belt: the belt surface has a half fan-shaped (or 1/4 round) pattern. When the tape is grooved, the pattern is combined into a fan shape (or semicircle), which belongs to the high pattern type. In terms of application, it is suitable for conveying powder, granule and bulk materials with a large inclination angle of ≤60 degrees.

Varieties of patterned conveyor belts: According to the different covering properties, they are divided into ordinary, oil-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, and heat resistant.

Forms: herringbone pattern, U-shaped pattern, herringbone pattern, cylindrical pattern, etc.

Bandwidth: 300mm-2200mm

Pattern height: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 (mm).

Pattern spacing: 125, 200, 250, 330, 400, 500 (mm).

Features: The inclination angle is 0-45o to prevent the material from sliding down and improve the conveying capacity.
